Aims & Scopes

The Journal devoted to research on the exploration, improvement and management of all cultured aquatic food resources from freshwater, brackish and marine environments, related directly or indirectly to human consumption.

The Egyptian Journal for aquaculture (EJA) is pleased to partner with the Blue Resources for Aquaculture, Environment and Society development (BRAESD) published original research on the culture of aquatic organisms including nutrition, Diseases, Genetics and breeding, physiology, Environmental quality culture systems, Economics, Extension, Quality control and marketing.

Papers are selected for publication based on scientific competence and knowledge or ideas present. Review articles provide objective synthesis to importance in aquaculture. Research articles are full scientific reports of original research.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
